Return Policy

At ABBcolor, we are committed to protecting our customers’ rights and clearly explaining our return procedures. Return requests are subject to the following terms:

Return Conditions

• Return requests must be submitted within 7 days from the date the product is received.
• The product must be in its original condition and must not have been used or benefited from.
• The product must not have been damaged while in the customer’s possession.
• The product must be returned in the same condition, packaging, and with all contents as received.
• Products that are prepared or mixed upon the customer’s request according to customer-specified requirements, including paint code or Vehicle Identification Number (VIN), are non-returnable, except in the case of a product defect.

Return Policy Details

1. Customers may request the return of eligible products within 7 days from the date of receiving the order, provided that the product remains in its original condition and has not been used or benefited from.
2. The product must be returned in its original condition, packaging, and with all contents. ABBcolor reserves the right to inspect and verify the condition of the product before approving the return.
3. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with the return unless the return is due to a product defect or an error by ABBcolor. For international orders, the customer is responsible for all costs associated with returning the product and delivering it to the shipping carrier.
4. Made-to-Order Products: Products that are prepared or mixed upon the customer’s request or according to specifications provided by the customer, including paints prepared based on a paint code or Vehicle Identification Number (VIN), cannot be returned, except in the case of a product defect.
5. If the customer provides ABBcolor with an incorrect paint code, Vehicle Identification Number (VIN), or other incorrect information, and the product is prepared according to the information provided, this will not be considered an error by ABBcolor, and the product will not be eligible for return for this reason.
6. Product Use and Application Results: An unsuccessful application or dissatisfaction with the final result does not, by itself, constitute evidence of a product defect. ABBcolor is not responsible for damage, smearing, paint buildup, excessive paint thickness, paint extending beyond the repair area, or other application-related issues when caused by the method of application, misuse, or improper use of the product.
7. If a product defect or non-conformity is claimed, ABBcolor reserves the right to request photos, videos, or additional information and to review the case to determine the cause of the issue before approving a return. Simply using the product or not achieving the expected result does not automatically qualify the product for return.
8. Products cannot be returned if they have been damaged as a result of misuse, improper storage, or improper handling while in the customer’s possession.
